Clinical Policies & Arrival Etiquette
To provide the depth of care our narrative-based history requires, all new patient paperwork must be completed 24 hours before your visit. We require a credit card to secure your appointment; a $150 no-show fee applies to new patients ($50 for follow-ups).
If you are more than 15 minutes late, we will need to reschedule you and a late fee will apply. Please arrive no more than 5 minutes early, as our clinic space is intimate and waiting area seating, while available at the top of the stairs/elevator, is shared with all Sola neighbors. We cannot accommodate guests or children in the clinic; please enjoy the many coffee shops or the Barnes & Noble in Sugar House if you are accompanied. If you are symptomatic or sick, please do not come in; we are happy to convert your visit to Telehealth.
