For refills - please include your name, date of birth, medication name, dose you are taking, and total amount you are requesting.

For example: Joey Doey, 5/5/55, tirzepatide, 15mg per week - or 50 units per week, 60mg pen (or vial).

We endeavor to get back to you within 48 hours (2 business days).

Please give a full week for refills!
